Matt had previously worked with Cardiff Universtiy in application support and deployment, specialising in Assistive software. It didn’t take long before he found himself looking down the barrel of a rip-and-replace for both the Staff and Student email systems – around 8 thousand staff accounts to migrate from Groupwise, and 25 thousand students to migrate from Mercury/Pegasus. The new system of choice is, of course, Lotus Domino/Notes. Matt now looks much older than he should.
