Social Business and IBM SmartCloud Notes Onboarding
Using IBM Social Business tools, you can help your customers build a Social Business: one that is dynamic, collaborative, efficient, and customer-driven. This session will provide a real world use case of how we used IBM SmartCloud Engage communities, activities, files, etc... to collaborate both internally and externally. The use case is based on the program that was developed to manage the IBM Business Partner Certification Program for IBM SmartCloud Notes Onboarding. This session will describe that use case in the context of how communities, activities, files, etc... work in an integrated manner while at the same time informing companies about that program's structure and the business opportunities available to a certified practitioner.
